Yes — all new clients receive a consultation before any injectable or advanced skincare treatment. This ensures we fully understand your goals, medical history, and suitability before proceeding.
Your consultation includes a detailed skin assessment, discussion of your treatment goals, and a tailored plan designed by Rebekah, our lead aesthetician, or Abigail, our lead facial aesthetician . You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether to proceed with treatment.
Absolutely. Many of our clients combine treatments — for example, Botox with skin rejuvenation. You can book multiple services directly in Fresha, or mention it during your consultation and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly through Fresha. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any late cancellation fees.
Avoid alcohol, blood-thinning medications, and intense exercise for 24 hours before injectable treatments. Arrive with clean skin and no makeup if possible. Full pre-treatment guidance is provided upon booking.
